To which countries do we ship?

We ship to all countries in the world, except the following regions:

· Ceuta and Melilla

· Corsica

· Cyprus

· Gibraltar

· Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm)

· Isle of Man

· San Marino

Please note that, for logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver outside the country from which the order was placed.

What is the shipping cost?

In order to adjust the shipping costs for each order as much as possible, the shipping cost is determined automatically, depending on the weight and volume of the package. As well as the destination. We will inform you of the exact cost of your shipment before you complete the purchase process.

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may include customs duties or import taxes that must be borne in full by the recipient of the order. Joidart has no authority over these amounts, as they are established by the customs authorities and, consequently, cannot advance their price. If your order is affected by these fees, you will have to pay them directly to the transport company or to the competent authorities.

I received the wrong item in my order, what can I do?

First of all, we apologise for the error. We recommend that you access the online shopping service form (with the type of query: "Online Shopping") and specify the reference of the item you have received incorrectly. Specify on the form whether you would like us to refund or replace the item.

My order has not arrived, what can I do?

If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please fill in the online shopping service form (query type "Online Shopping") and, as soon as possible, we will contact you to see what has happened and resolve the delay.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Do you deliver to addresses other than the billing address?

Yes, when you place your order, you can indicate whether your billing address and delivery address are the same or different.
